I have put together a 4 week program helping you to do just this.
Each week we will meet via zoom online for 1 hour. Using meditation, breathing techniques, habit evolution, and behavioral science, science of Ayurveda, we will give you tools to bring more calm and ease to your life so you feel better in your body, mind and soul. Additionally, we will talk about ways to shift and support your mindset.
If you desire more calm, more ease and more flow, & a boost to your immunity, then this is the program for you.
We meet Mondays 11/21 – 12/12 for 4 weeks @7pm. Sessions will be recorded and posted in the Facebook forum. 4 week participation is highly encouraged as each session builds upon the next.
